| Designed and built in 1998 and refurbished in March 2003, Oriental Emperor is 81-meters long and 13.8-meters wide and has five decks. Its main facilities include central air-conditioning, bar, karaoke, dance hall, business center, recreation room (chess room), massage room, beauty saloon, clinic, indoor public sight-viewing areas. Laundry, foreign exchange, IDD and fax services are also provided. The cabins are equipped with satellite TV, in-house movie and telephone. There are various activities for passenger spending the time on board, which includes a shadowboxing coach, and competitions like wrapping jiao-zi (dumplings).
